Pleasant

The location is good, and the staff is supportive. They gave me a sandwich when I was leaving earlier before the breakfast time.

They did not clean the room when I asked for it after the second day. You can hear everything from the other rooms or people talking in the corridor.

Breakfast schedule is too short and they don’t even offer coffee. The cleaning was very poor and the bed was not comfortable. Bad service overall

Nothing, since it was a room completely different than the one shown in the pictures, this one was tiny, dirty dam,py musty smell.

The worst nightmare

Nothing absolutly nothing

I didn't like anything. First when i arrived they say they didn't have the room ready so they didn't let me in at 2 in the morning. That they didnt have a reserve when they actually sent the shuttle for me? Then they didn't give me the money i had to pay in the other hotel for the night. The total was 199000 pesos with the 24000 from the insurance and what i end paying for the 3 nights was 150000. + 90000 in the other hotel. The room was dirty the whole time. They didn't clean it once. None should stay there. Locals go and use it like a motel and u can hear everything through the walls.
